MONITORING REAL ESTATE MARKET
FUNDAMENTAL OBJECTIVES
- monitoring of real estate prices,
- verification of real estate value when granting loans,
- appraisal of collateral established on the real estate when granting loan,
- monitoring of the value of collateral established on the real estate during the term of the loan,
- comparison of real estate markets in different regions,
- analyses and forecasts of demand on the real estate market.
METHOD
- using data base system,
- using data base of public statistics and specialized research institutions.
POPULATION UNDER RESEARCH
- partial research: offers of real estate agencies, developers, housing cooperatives and investors,
- full research: real estate purchase/sale transactions,
- full research: agricultural property purchase/sale transactions.
PERFORMANCE
current analysis: directly performed at headquarters by using information contained in data base system,
in-depth analysis of selected areas: final report about a selected area 30-60 days after receiving the commission.
COST*
annual subscription to (4 quarterly updates) 20 000 PLN; the cost to purchase segments of the data base as shown in the price list,
in-depth analysis of selected areas: from 5000 PLN depending upon the scope of the job.
