RESEARCH GOAL: characterization and evaluation of distribution channels
This research encompasses the following:
1. Characterization of the distribution network by defining:
- size and its structure,
- type of sales,
- location of points of sale,
- models of management.
2. Characterization of the activities of the points of sale by defining:
- selection,
- forms of sale,
- links in the distribution network,
- terms of cooperation with clients.
3. Reconstructing the client image via distributors:
- types of product buyers,
- information sought after when making decisions and when purchasing,
- preferred forms of promotion and advertising.
